Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent IT related discipline.Minimum 8+ years of experience in the development of distributed, mission critical applications in heterogeneous environments/architectures for multi-user systems.Preferably 1-2 years experience with middleware, web services and SOA.2-3 years of technical leadership and architecture experience.Understanding of TOGAF, Zachman and other Enterprise Architecture frameworks.Minimum of 10 years experience in the airline industry, with at least 5 years in the field of revenue management implementing technology and revenue management solutions.5 years Customer Service experience.A comprehensive knowledge of ICAO Annex 1, JAR-FCL and UAE GCAA Regulations would be beneficial.Higher Secondary Certificate Qualification or equivalent qualification preferably with a background in Science/Food Hygiene.Intermediate level of Food Hygiene & Safety Training.Knowledge of EKFC Hygiene and Safety standards.
