A qualified accountant – ideally CA or CPA or ACCA.Have a minimum of five years post qualification experience in corporate tax service line in a top 10 firm or extensive knowledge of tax laws gained while working in other accounting firms.Working knowledge of the International Finance and Accounting concepts and principles.Strong project management and multi-tasking skills.Strong computer and financial modeling skills.A professional qualification degree, preferably CFA, CMA, CIMA, CFM, CPA, CA, ACCA, CVA, AVA or MBA. Knowledge of IFRSStrong understanding of Basel ll requirements including Pillar II framework.Strong understanding of Solvency II.Knowledge of derivative instruments modeling, testing and validation and risk measurement.Knowledge of Credit scoring systems and internal rating models.Fluency in Arabic Language.
