Degree in Industrial Engineering or related Engineering discipline.Minimum 5 years related working experience in Industrial Engineering is a must.Knowledgeable of government regulations related to plant operations.Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Training & Development or equivalent.Minimum Production Operator with level 3 certfication.Computer literate – Microsoft Excel & Word.Minimum 2 years direct working experience as a trainer.Minimum 3 years working experience in a printed circuit board manufacturing/engineering.
