Good Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering,Tourism Studies/Marketing/Logistics,Supply chain management,Estate Management/Facility Management/Real Estate Business/Property Development and Facility Management,Building or Business Administration or in any discipline and having relevant working experience (aviation-related experience will be advantageous). Proficient in the use of IT software (e.g. MS Excel).Good knowledge of Unix and Windows OS,of database (Oracle) design and maintenance;working experience with J2EE and/or .Net Frame Work.professional certification in Training and Development/ Human Resource Development, Education or equivalent.Candidates with Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) has an added advantage.Working knowledge of statistical software such as SPSS, experience in market research.
