iKnow Pte Ltd was established in 2002 as a retailer offering consumers a wide range of edutainment, entertainment and infotainment IT educational products via an extensive sales network of over 45 retail points island-wide. Over these years, iKnow has also established itself in the corporate sector with the know-how in providing a wide range of network system security solutions and services to all its corporate clientele.
In 2008, the iKnow group of companies was officially formed to unify the different business units. The group comprises of iKnow Pte Ltd, Besta Digitech Pte Ltd – – founded in 1990, Personal Automation Mart Pte Ltd (PA Mart Pte Ltd) – – founded in 1992 and PDA Junction Pte Ltd. iKnow’s subsidiaries have received several awards including Golden Brand Award, Top 500 Companies (Singapore SME 500), 2008 SME Growth Excellence Recognition and Superbrands 2008. iKnow has also expanded beyond Singapore into the South-east Asia region in recent years.
